You may purchase additional syringes of the filler of your choice during the following 12 months of your initial filler visit for $400/syringe. Botox® may be purchased for $9/unit when injected on the same day as your filler.

Cancellation Policy:
A credit card will be required to schedule your procedure. Should you cancel the procedure less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or no show the appointment, 1/2 of the procedure fee will be retained by the physician office. This policy is strictly enforced.
